ND Directed is hosting a Q&A event for people with ADHD (diagnosed or not) and the people who support them. Although the event is aimed at adults, it offers evidence-based insights that will be valuable to anyone seeking to better understand ADHD. ND Directed describes the event as:

“A relaxed, supportive space to ask the questions that rarely get answered clearly. Whether you’re diagnosed, exploring ADHD, supporting someone, or simply curious, this session offers grounded, honest information without the noise, trends, or over‑simplified narratives that dominate social media.”
